June Planting

This week the children helped us plant more things in our school garden. This time it was all different types of beans and peas. The children helped dig holes, planted the seeds, and covered the holes with dirt. Afterwards, the children gave them a healthy watering and we discussed how long we had to wait until we would see sprouts. We checked on our sprouts from May and found that most of them have popped up and are growing! How exciting! We can't wait!
