Chefs in Training - Ice-cream

After seeing it on sale in Lidl, we bought an ice-cream maker for the school and proceeded to try out a couple recipes. We have made both banana and strawberry ice-cream and are planning on making more for our summer party with parents. The children were very excited to try it and were quite fascinated by how it works. We used cream, fruit, a little bit of sugar, and milk in order to make it. The waiting time was hard but the result was delicious! Ice-cream in the hot weather is the best!
