Chefs in Training - Avocado White bean spread
We used our strength today! We used ripe avocados and mashed them together with white beans. We grated a large carrot and cut up a small yellow onion. We squeezed all the juice out a lemon and mixed it with vinegar. Our arm muscles had a work-out! After mixing the vegetables together, we had a some hemp seeds, salt and pepper, a hint of garlic, and mixed until all was combined. We spread our finished product on a rice cake and proceeded to munch!
